RSCC collects and processes personal information in connection with account creation, identity verification, use of the Services, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, analytics, legal compliance, and service improvement. We collect personal information when you register, log in, use the app or website, interact with our features, enter data into your account, contact support, or otherwise engage with the Services.

We may collect device and technical identifiers such as device ID, advertising ID, cookie data, beacon data, IP address, browser information, operating system information, session data, and geographic location. We may store device identifiers in hashed form and may delete or destroy plain-text versions after processing. A hash is a non-reversible representation intended to reduce direct exposure of the original identifier.

We may also collect information about the features you use, the pages or screens you visit, your transaction history, your interactions with our partners, and your use of products or services made available through the platform. Where permitted and enabled, we may combine data across devices or sessions to support security, account continuity, analytics, and fraud prevention.

If the Services permit wallet functionality, transfers, or cash-out features, you acknowledge that such functionality may involve financial institutions, payment processors, transfer limits, processing times, service fees, and third-party requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bank account or other receiving account can accept funds and that your financial institution relationship remains in good standing. RSCC is not responsible for declines, delays, holds, reversals, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

If you register or sign in through a third-party platform such as Apple, Google, Facebook, or a similar service, RSCC may receive information from that platform in accordance with your settings, that platform’s permissions, and the data made available through its systems. Third-party cookies or platform tools may also be used when you access or authenticate through those services.

Personal information collected by RSCC in connection with your use of the Services may be retained as long as necessary for operational, legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or archival purposes, subject to applicable law. In Quebec, personal information may generally only be communicated or used with consent unless a legal exception applies, and consent requirements must be meaningful, understandable, and appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, security codes, and any access tokens or device-linked authentication methods. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify RSCC of unauthorized use or a security issue and RSCC has had a reasonable opportunity to respond.

If you delete your account, RSCC may place the account in an inactive state for a limited period to allow reactivation. After that period, the account and associated data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations, anti-fraud requirements, and other applicable compliance duties.

If you use the Services on a mobile device, you consent to the transmission of information about your device, carrier, usage, and approximate or precise location, where enabled by device settings or app permissions. Standard wireless, data, messaging, and carrier fees may apply, and you are responsible for all such charges.

RSCC’s privacy practices are intended to comply with applicable expected privacy standards, including meaningful consent principles and retention/safeguard expectations under expected privacy law(s).
