Consent & Terms of Service

This Consent and Terms of Service agreement replaces all prior terms, conditions, consents, and notices relating to the electronic delivery of Information between you and RSCC, including any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities, if applicable. This Consent governs the electronic delivery to you of Information in connection with your RSCC account, services, notices, disclosures, confirmations, statements, amendments, tax documents, and any other documents or communications we may be required or permitted to provide now or in the future.

This Consent takes effect immediately upon your acceptance and applies each time you access the Services, update your device, or change your contact information. By continuing to use the RSCC platform, you acknowledge that electronic delivery may be used as the primary method of communication for account-related notices and disclosures.

When new Information becomes available electronically, we may notify you through in-app notifications, email, or other digital notice methods linked to your account. You acknowledge that email delivery is not secure or guaranteed, and that messages may be delayed, intercepted, or not received at all. RSCC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your failure to receive or access an email or in-app notification.

Electronic Information may be provided in formats such as PDF and may require third-party software, including document readers or mobile applications, to access. RSCC does not own, operate, or control third-party software and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or compatibility.

Information will be deemed delivered to you on the date it is made available through RSCC’s electronic delivery system, not on the date you actually open, read, or download it. You agree that you are responsible for regularly checking your account, app, inbox, notifications, and other designated delivery channels to remain informed of your Information.

You further agree to keep your contact details current, including your email address, phone number, and device information, and to promptly notify us of any changes. You also represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement in relation to your RSCC account and any associated Services.

RSCC reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason or for no reason, in its sole discretion. The most recent version will be posted on the applicable terms page, and continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by in-app notice, email, or other reasonable means, but it remains your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, or if you become dissatisfied with RSCC or the Services in any way, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services, close your account where applicable, and discontinue access to any RSCC platform or related service.

As a RSCC user, subscriber, member, or account holder, you may be provided with access to a range of Services, including lottery participation, account functions, informational services, and any other features RSCC may offer from time to time. RSCC reserves the right to enhance, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, function, content, or service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and without any obligation to you.

Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable local, provincial, territorial, national, and international laws and regulations. RSCC may, but is not required to, monitor use of the Services to enforce these Terms, protect the integrity of the platform, and investigate suspected violations. RSCC does not guarantee that any monitoring will detect all misconduct or satisfy any user expectation.legisquebec.

If RSCC determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable policy, RSCC may suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate your access, require corrective action, remove content, cancel participation, withhold or reverse certain privileges, or take any other action it deems appropriate to protect the platform, its users, or its legal and regulatory interests.legisquebec.

RSCC also reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse, remove, block, or disable access to any content, message, transaction, submission, or account activity that it considers unlawful, inconsistent with these Terms, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate, in its sole and exclusive discretion.

If a dispute arises between you and another user, participant, vendor, or third party in connection with the Services, RSCC is under no obligation to intervene, mediate, or resolve the dispute. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless RSCC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and judgments arising from such disputes or from your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSCC shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use or misuse of the Services, inability to access the Services, interruption, suspension, modification, termination, or any content, product, service, or advice obtained through or associated with the Services. Any limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, and any clause that cannot lawfully be enforced will be severed or limited only to the extent necessary.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RSCC and its related parties from any claim, demand, loss, cost, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable legal fees and court costs, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of the Services, your infringement of any right, or your violation of any third-party policy or agreement.

These Terms and any dispute between you and RSCC shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one year after the claim arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. RSCC does not represent that any material, feature, or content is appropriate or available for use outside jurisdictions where the Services are lawfully offered, and access from territories where use is prohibited is at your own initiative and risk.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RSCC regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings or agreements to the extent permitted by law. Additional terms may apply to third-party software, content, or services integrated with or accessed through the platform. RSCC’s failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
